MayreAnn Frantz

MayreAnn is passionate about working with people who struggle with trauma, various mental health challenges and addiction. She is compassionate and non-judgmental and will challenge you to become a better version of yourself.  She utilizes many different evidenced-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR in her practice.

She has had the opportunity to study trauma with Bessel van der Kolk, mindfulness with Ron Siegel, and Internal Family Systems with Richard Schwartz.

MayreAnn graduated from the University of Utah with a Psychology degree and the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. She is a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC) and has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field.

In her free time, MayreAnn enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog and cat. She also enjoys doing just about anything outside, reading, playing the piano, and singing in a community choir.
